The board has confirmed the appointment of Bhupendra Kumar Jain as managing director of the company with effect from 01 January 2012, subject to approval of the members.
Further, the board has confirmed the appointment of Jinendra Kumar Jain as executive director of the company with effect from 01 January 2012, subject to approval of the members.
