The board meeting of Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn will be held on 14 May 2012 to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 31 March 2012 and to consider the conversion of remaining 15,00,000 number of warrants into equivalent number of equity shares.
