Chennai based Education Support Services Company EdServ has announced that the company has bagged Silicon India’s Best ‘New apps’ award for its ‘HumThum’ Education content application that the company launched earlier this year. EdServ’s HumThum apps was chosen against stiff competition from close to 20 other new apps launched this year for its unique idea to solve local problems through its first of its kind over 20000 web sites created for every pin code in India. HumThum apps has already had over 1lakh downloads. EdServ is targeting a customer base of 1crore and revenues of Rs. 200cr over the next 3years from its mobile apps foray.
