The board of Sobha Developers in its meeting on 30 June 2012 has appointed Ravi Menon as chairman of the company.
The board has accepted P N C Menon's request to relieve him from the day-to-day responsibilities of running the company and his consequent resignation from the directorship of the company with effect from 30 June 2012. Further, the board has appointed P N C Menon as chairman emeritus.
