Net profit of Sobha Developers declined 9.91% to Rs 30.90 crore in the quarter ended June 2011 as against Rs 34.30 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2010. Sales rose 1.86% to Rs 317.90 crore in the quarter ended June 2011 as against Rs 312.10 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2010.
