The committee of South Indian Bank in its meeting on 16 February 2012 has allotted 36,36,030 equity shares of face value Re 1 each pursuant to exercise of options granted under the South Indian Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme (SIB ESOS - 2008).
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the bank stands at Rs 113.37 crore.
