Potato arrivals in the Azadpur mandi in the state of Delhi stood at 70 trucks (80 trucks as on 27th June 2012). Among the varieties, new crop quoted in the range of Rs 1,600-1,800, while new crop from UP quoted in the range of Rs 1,150-1,220 per quintal.
The NCDEX July Potato contract moved in the range of Rs 1,095.10-1,125.40 and is currently trading at Rs 1,103, down by Rs 18 or 1.61% over the last close.
