Thirumalai Chemicals has announced that at its meeting held on 07 December 2011, the board felt that in order to ensure improved functioning of the company, the company should be managed by only one managing director. In this context, it was decided that Parthasarathy continue as managing director. Accordingly, Sridhar would no longer be the managing director of the company. These decisions of the board will take effect immediately following the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting.
