The board of Surya Pharmaceutical in its meeting on 11 February 2012 has accepted the resignation of Devinder Pal from the directorship of the company.
Further, the board has appointed Sanjay S Kumar as nominee director of IDBI Bank in place of Ashwani Kumar Agarwal.
