Tata Power Company net profit declined 56.31% to Rs 116.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 267.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales rose 33.97% to Rs 2184.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 1630.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
For the Audited full year,net profit rose 24.24% to Rs 1169.73 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 941.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 22.00% to Rs 8051.53 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 6599.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
