Temptation Foods Ltd has amicably settled a pending legal issues and the ongoing arbitration proceedings with Karen Anand Gourmet Kitchens Pvt. Ltd. and with this the acquisition of the Karen Anand Brand including the entire business have been transferred in entirety to Temptation Foods Ltd. (TFL).
TFL shall now have the sole right, title ownership and interest in the Brand name "Karen Anand" and will exclusively produce and market the entire range of Karen Anand Products like Jams, Sauces, dressings and other food products.
