Wintac' board approves rights issue

To convene EGM

The board of Wintac in its meeting on 18 March 2010 has decided to issue 22,75,000 equity shares on rights basis to the existing shareholders in the ratio of one share for every two shares held at a price of Rs. 30 per share, aggregating to Rs. 682.50 lakh.

Further, the board has decided to convene extraordinary general meeting on 22 April 2010.
