Net profit of Torrent Power rose 13.52% to Rs 385.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 339.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales rose 17.00% to Rs 1831.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 1565.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
For the audited full year ended March 2012,net profit rose 16.11% to Rs 1237.46 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 1065.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 13.89% to Rs 7445.78 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 6537.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
