Triumph unveils Spring Summer Collection at India Fashion Forum 2010

The latest collection which bore the modern Triumph hallmarks of flattering designs and superior fit and quality, was showcased through a slick, well choreographed fashion show that was witnessed by a large, enthusiastic audience

Participating in the 10tn edition of the India Fashion Forum (IFF) on 28th and 29th January 2010 in Mumbai, Triumph International (India) Private Limited, the world's leading lingerie brand, unveiled its spring summer collection at the prestigious forum.

The latest collection which bore the modern Triumph hallmarks of flattering designs and superior fit and quality, was showcased through a slick, well choreographed fashion show that was witnessed by a large, enthusiastic audience. Triumph's pavilion in an aesthetic display, featured the brand's history as well as lingerie styles of different periods.

Triumph has a presence in more than 150 countries and its products appeal to a wide swathe of women audiences globally with its international designs , uncompromising quality and variety -ranging from high fashion leisurewear; Miss Triumph for younger women; ,new limited edition embellished with the crystallized- Swarovski Elements'; Body Shapers, Trousseau Collection and Swimwear. The brand offers an innovative range of lingerie that complements and enhances every woman's personality.

Thorsten AUenstein, Managing Director, Triumph International speaking at the IFF 2010 on Fashion Buying said that, "India Fashion Forum is one of the largest Fashion and Retail congregations. It is a perfect platform for both knowledge seeking and knowledge sharing among stalwarts of the Indian retailing industry. This Forum also helps industry players gain insights into future consumption trends of the real India."

He further stated, "Triumph International is the leading brand in the innerwear segment and it is our constant endeavor to cater to the discerning Indian women with innovative international designs. Through research, we have well understood the aspirations, purchase triggers and buying patterns across India thereby meeting and even exceeding consumer's needs and desires. About 94% of the lingerie industry in India is unorganized and Triumph has a 40% share in the organized lingerie industry, this gives Triumph a vast opportunity to further tap the market and expand its base in India.
 
In line with its marketing strategy for India, Triumph is keen on expanding its retail footprints in India. Apart from standalone stores already set up in four metros, Triumph is looking at reaching its customer through more stores in Tier I and Tier II cities. Triumph has already marked its presence in India through 700 'points of purchase' in multi-branded stores across 65 cities in the country.
