UV Boards has announced that K C Mohanta has resigned form the post of company secretary with effect from 31 August 2011. The company has appointed Priyank Bhangani as company secretary with effect from 31 August 2011.
The company has appointed Raghuram Nath as an additional director of the company with effect from 31 August 2011.
