The board of Ucal Fuel Systems in its meeting on 27 August 2011 has approved the appointment of R Sundaraman as director of the company with immediate effect.
Further, the board has approved the appointment of R Sundaraman as joint managing director with effect from 08 September 2011, subject to approval of shareholders.
