The committee of Jamna Auto Industries in its meeting on 08 February 2010 has granted 8,67,461 stock options, pursuant to company's ESOP 2008 scheme.
Further, the committee has allotted 6,525 equity shares upon exercise of stock options by the employees under ESOP 2006 scheme.
