The committee of Core Projects & Technologies in its meeting on 09 September 2010 has allotted 22,887 equity shares to the eligible employees / director of the company under CORE Employee Stock Option scheme, 2007.
The paid-up equity share capital of the company post this allotment stands at Rs. 20.72 crore comprising of 10,36,18,998 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
