The board meeting of Union Quality Plastics will be held on 25 August 2012 to consider and adopt the balance sheet as at 31 March 2012, profit and loss account for the year ended on that date and the reports of the board of directors and auditors thereon.
The board will also consider reduction of capital and rights issue of shares.
