The board meeting of Unity Infraprojects will be held on 30 May 2012 to consider and record the audit financial results for the quarter & year ended 31 March 2012 and to consider and approve the audited standalone annual accounts and audited consolidated annual accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012. The board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
