Vascon Engineers purchases 51% of shares in Almet Corporation

Vascon Engineers has announced that the company has purchased 51% of shares in Almet Corporation and Marathwada Realtors Pvt Ltd. It has sold 49% shares in John Fowler Ophthalmics Pvt Ltd to Barwale Group.
