The board of Vatsa Music in its meeting on 04 July 2012 has approved the appointment of Manju Gurbani, Subhash Shinde, Vijayan Iyer and Nikita Sharma as additional directors of the company with immediate effect.
The board has approved the proposal to venture into various businesses in India and abroad.
In order to reflect the new business activity of the company, the name of the company is to be changed, subject to the approval of the members and the Registrar of Companies, Assam.
