Vimal Oil and Foods net profit declined 6.47% to Rs 3.18 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 3.40 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011. Sales rose 36.26% to Rs 479.11 crore in the quarter ended June 2012 as against Rs 351.62 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2011.
