The board of Virinchi Technologies in its meeting on 28 March 2011 has allotted 30 lakh convertible warrants to Viswanath Kompella (8,50,000 warrants), Salokhya Infrastructure (11,50,000 warrants) and Agrade Exim (10 lakh warrants).
