The board meeting of Voltamp Transformers will be held on 21 May 2012 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2012 and to consider the annual accounts of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2012. The board will also consider recommendation of dividend
