The members of Welspun Corp have approved the appointment of Braja Mishra as managing director of the company.
The members have approved the issue and allotment of 20,50,029 equity shares of Rs 5 each under ESOP Scheme to Braja Mishra.
The members have approved the issue and allotment of 2,27,781 equity shares of Rs 5 each as sweat equity shares to Braja Mishra.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 06 August 2012.
