The members of Welspun Projects in the extraordinary general meeting held on 09 December 2011 have approved increase of authorised capital from Rs 41.00 crore dividend into 4,10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 42.00 crore divided into 4,20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10.
The members have approved alteration in articles of association of the company.
