Central Bank of India has announced that Ramnath Pradeep and Arun Kaul have ceased to be executive directors of the bank with effect from 01 September 2010.
Further, in terms of notification dated 01 September 2010 of Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, the Central Government, after consultation with Reserve Bank of India has appointed V. R. Iyer and R. K. Dubey as executive directors of the bank with effect from 01 September 2010.
