Simplex Projects has signed a development agreement for development, installation and operation and maintenance of a multi-level car parking facility at Pan Bazaar, Guwahati. The contract was awarded by The Chief Executive Officer, Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA), Bhanagarh, Guwahati, Assam on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis for a period of sixty years. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 40 crore.
The company made this announcement after the trading hours on 10 March 2010.
