The board of Xo Infotech in its meeting on 20 March 2012 has appointed Amishkumar Dantara and Dhanpal J Gandhi as directors of the company with effect from 20 March 2012.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Anil C Mistry and Shankar Prasad Bhagat, directors of the company with effect from 20 March 2012.
