For the Audited full year,net profit declined 85.85% to Rs 1.54 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 10.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales declined 6.67% to Rs 461.36 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 494.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
