Acting on Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF)'s ice cream Amul's advertisement claiming frozen desserts use vanaspati and are harmful, Hindustan Unilever (HUL) filed a case against the GCMMF to prove to the high court that the all the frozen desserts use hydrogenated vegetable oil or vanaspati in India.
