Brigade Enterprises gains 2% on the bourses on the back of joint development agreement

The scrip opened at Rs. 178 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 180 and Rs. 176.9 respectively.

Brigade Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that Mysore Projects Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into a joint development agreement with Cornerstone Bay East Developers Private Limited (Land Owner) to develop 47 acres at Varthur and Gunjur, off Whitefield region, Bangalore which will have a develop-able area of around 5 million sq. ft.

The stock is currently trading at Rs. 177.7, up by Rs. 3.45 or 1.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 174.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 178 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 180 and Rs. 176.9 respectively. So far 43004 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1972.82 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 186.8 on 17-Jun-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 123.5 on 13-Jan-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 176 and Rs. 171.95 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.29 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.66 % and 35.05 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
