Dilli Raj, President of the Company, who was on leave for two months, has resigned from the services of the Company effective September 21, 2016.

Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited’s President Dilli Raj, who was on leave for two months, has resigned from the services of the Company effective September 21, 2016. 
 
M. R. Rao, Managing Director & CEO of the Company, who was additionally overseeing Dilli Raj's functions during his absence, will continue to oversee the functions that were under control of S. Dilli Raj.

Stock View:
 
Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd is currently trading at Rs. 797.15, up by Rs. 20.6 or 2.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 776.55 on the BSE.
 
The scrip opened at Rs. 790 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 810 and Rs. 789.95 respectively. So far 449666(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9925.19 crore.
 
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 938.75 on 29-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 373.2 on 29-Sep-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 795 and Rs. 748 respectively.
 
The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.06 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 80.77 % and 17.16 % respectively.
 
The stock is currently trading below its 50 DMA.
