Gayatri Projects bags order worth Rs.1,255 crore

The scrip opened at Rs. 674.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 790 and Rs. 670.55 respectively.

Gayatri Projects Ltd is currently trading at Rs. 685.6, up by Rs. 10.05 or 1.49% from its previous closing of Rs. 675.55 on the BSE.  The company has secured order of Rs.1,255 crore for highway contract in a joint venture with Russian construction company PTPS.

The scrip opened at Rs. 674.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 790 and Rs. 670.55 respectively. So far 100611 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2394.85 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 769.2 on 24-Dec-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 465 on 29-Sep-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 695.2 and Rs. 640 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.48 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.9 % and 11.62 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
