HDFC gains 2.1% on fund raising plan

The company said it will raise Rs. 2,000 crore via non-convertible debentures.

HDFC gained 2.1% to Rs. 1,123 on BSE. The company said it will raise Rs. 2,000 crore via non-convertible debentures.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1115 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1134.8 and Rs. 1108.95 respectively. So far 2852338(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 173766.42 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1399.8 on 04-Mar-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1012 on 25-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1106.9 and Rs. 1012 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 0 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 88.1 % and 11.9 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 200 DMA.
