NBCC shines 2% after securing order

The company said that it has secured work orders amounting to about Rs.440 crore.

NBCC (India) Ltd is currently trading at Rs. 256, up by Rs. 3.85 or 1.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 252.15 on the BSE. The company has secured work amounting Rs.440 crore (approx) from ESIC, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India for construction of 100 bedded hospital(s) at Haridwar & Dehradun (Uttarakhand) and 300 bedded hospital at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

The scrip opened at Rs. 258.9 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 259.9 and Rs. 255.5 respectively. So far 657097 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15129 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 267 on 13-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 162 on 12-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 258.95 and Rs. 242.8 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 90 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.3 % and 6.7 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
