Prestige Estates clocks 1.5% gain on the bourses

The company is planning to raise at least $300 million, around Rs.2,000 crore, by selling up to 40% stake in its rent-yielding commercial assets and has drawn interest from Canadian Pension Plan and GIC of Singapore, as per media reports.

Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is currently trading at Rs. 203.3, up by Rs. 1.15 or 0.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 202.15 on the BSE. The company is planning to raise at least $300 million, around Rs.2,000 crore, by selling up to 40% stake in its rent-yielding commercial assets and has drawn interest from Canadian Pension Plan and GIC of Singapore, as per media reports.

The scrip opened at Rs. 204.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 208.45 and Rs. 203.3 respectively. So far 245002 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7580.63 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 225 on 02-Dec-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 129.85 on 17-Mar-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 204 and Rs. 182.5 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 28.89 % and 1.11 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
