RBI approves proposal for restructuring of outstanding FCCBs of Websol Energy System

The Restructuring is as per the terms approved by the shareholders of the company in the EGM held on May 26, 2016.

Websol Energy System Ltd has informed BSE that the company had applied to RBI for Restructuring of outstanding FCCBs.The same has been approved by RBI subject to certain conditions.

The Restructuring is as per the terms approved by the shareholders of the company in the EGM held on May 26, 2016.

Websol Energy System Ltd ended at Rs. 36.55, up by Rs. 1.4 or 3.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 35.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 36.55 and touched a high and low of Rs. 36.55 and Rs. 36.55 respectively. A total of 1172(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 77.24 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 touched a 52 week high of Rs. 62.2 on 31-Mar-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.65 on 01-Oct-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 37.8 and Rs. 35 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 27.62 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.44 % and 58.94 % respectively.

The stock traded below its 200 DMA.
