Reliance Industries clocks 1.4% gain on the bourses

The scrip opened at Rs 996.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1009.2 and Rs 996.15 respectively.

Reliance Industries Ltd is currently trading at Rs 1006, up by Rs 13.25 or 1.33% from its previous closing of Rs 992.75 on the BSE ahead of the statement of Mukesh Ambani chairman and managing director of the company due at 1.30 PM.

The scrip opened at Rs 996.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1009.2 and Rs 996.15 respectively. So far 613961 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 322,007.77 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 1128.9 on 26-Sep-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 888.5 on 12-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1006.9 and Rs 984 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.11 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.23 % and 18.71 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading below its 50 DMA.
