Shreyas Shipping clocks 2.8% gains on the bourses

The company said that Shreyas Relay Systems Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has decided to sell its stake of 51% in SRS Freight Management Limited to BSL Freight Solutions Private Limited.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd is currently trading at Rs 290, up by Rs 7.95 or 2.82% from its previous closing of Rs 282.05 on the BSE. Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that Shreyas Relay Systems Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has decided to sell its stake of 51% in SRS Freight Management Limited to BSL Freight Solutions Private Limited.

The scrip opened at Rs 293 and has touched a high and low of Rs 308 and Rs 287.05 respectively. So far 176239 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 619.38 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 529.4 on 19-Oct-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs 133.1 on 17-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 310 and Rs 280.1 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.25 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.27 % and 24.49 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading below its 200 DMA.
