Union Bank of India completes stake buy in two JVs

Union Bank of India is currently trading at Rs. 144, up by Rs. 2.6 or 1.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 141.4 on the BSE.

Union Bank of India has completed the acquisition of 49% shareholding in Union KBC Asset Management Company and Union KBC Trustee Company from KBC Participants Renta and its affiliates.

Union Bank of India is currently trading at Rs. 144, up by Rs. 2.6 or 1.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 141.4 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 144.3 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 147.5 and Rs. 143.6 respectively. So far 1214722 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9720.42 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 188.5 on 08-Oct-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 104.05 on 29-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 147.45 and Rs. 140.15 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.44 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.18 % and 11.38 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
