India destination grande' for top US CEOs

Representatives from Canada, France, UK and Japan were among the countries to present their views about further plans to build their relationship and build a stronger business in India during the first day of the summit.

France, Canada, Japan, Australia, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, UAE, UK, and the USA are among the countries which have partnered the Vibrant Gujarat summit. 
 
Representatives from Canada, France, UK and Japan were among the countries to present their views about further plans to build their relationship and build a stronger business in India during the first day of the summit.
 
Amarjeet Sohi, Minister of Infrastructures and Communities, Canada; and Jean-Marc Ayrault, Foreign Affairs Minister, France were among others who talked about economic reforms and growing their businesses in India.
 
“There are more than 400 companies in India employing several thousand people and investing more than 100 billion Euro every year,” Jean-Marc Ayrault, Foreign Affairs Minister, France said.
 
Prime Minister, Narendra Modi expressed his gratitude to the partner countries and other organisations for this event. 
 
This summit was first launched in 2003 by Modi while he was the CM of Gujarat.  He portrayed Gujarat as a promising place to welcome investments and manufacturing. Ever since, it has been taken as a successful event so far.
