Shiv Sena Chief Bal Thackeray was been cremated at Shivaji Park in central Mumbai today with full state honours.
A sea of humanity including several big names, gathered at the sprawling ground as Mr Thackeray was consigned to flames.
The Shiv Sena chief died on Saturday afternoon, after a prolonged illness at the age of 86.
The taxi Union has declared that cabs will run only if there is calm in the city tomorrow.
Most schools in the city will remained close tommorrow.
Traders across the city have called for a day-long bandh on Monday.
Meanwhile Sanjay Raut of the Shiv Sena has clarified that there is no bandh call by the Sena.
