Collection of Stamp Duty by BOI Shareholding Limited (Clearing House) on behalf of Government of Tamil Nadu

Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that that BOI Shareholding Limited (Clearing House) vide its letter No.BOISL/MD/2012-13/236 dated the 20th June, 2012 (copy enclosed), has informed BSE Limited that they have been appointed as the Collecting Agency for Broker Turnover Stamp Duty Collection for the State of Tamil Nadu.

 

Further, BOI Shareholding Limited (Clearing House) shall commence the collection of Stamp Duty from the month of July, 2012 (Trades for the month of June, 2012).

For any clarification in the matter please contact the officials of the BOI Shareholding Limited (Clearing House) who’s names are mentioned in the aforesaid letter.
