CREDAI Maharashtra Home Expo, unlike any such past exhibitions, features Real Estate from all of Maharashtra except Mumbai. Varied products from various cities in Maharashtra, namely Akola, Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nasik, Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, Sangli & Solapur will be showcased at this exhibition beginning today November 26th to Nov 28th at the Bandra Kurla Complex.
This exhibition in Mumbai is aimed at showcasing the other cities of Maharashtra to the people of Mumbai. This exhibition provides an opportunity to Mumbaites to fulfil their dreams of owning their second dream home within their budget.

Says Rajan Daryani (President CREDAI Maharashtra), “Mumbai is a city that comprises large migrants from Maharashtra. And though most have some accommodation in the city, there is always a predisposition towards owning a home in their home town. We also aim to showcase the progress of all other cities to the Mumbaikars. Many towns and cities have developed or are developing at a rapid pace and can be an option worth exploring for people tired of the Mumbai life. Also, this is an exhibition of the association members only. CREDAI Maharashtra has imposed a Model Code of Conduct for its members and set up Grievance Redressal Cells in most cities for the consumers. This¬ automatically translates into confidence for the home buyer, who is assured of backing from the industry body itself.”

Says Mr. Atul Goel (Chairman Exhibition Committee), “There is this misconception that life cannot be good anywhere else except in big cities. What is it that these metros offer? Jobs? Yes. But what happens to the quality of life? Do you know that Nagpur has the best roads in the whole country? Nashik and Aurangabad have huge malls and multiplexes and all these so called small cities have air connectivity. Kolhapur is emerging as an I.T. destination. Amravati has excellent flyovers one can only think of. And Nagpur is the second capital anyway; not to speak of the development in Solapur, Akola and other places. With growing economic activity, there are also better employment opportunities. Our small towns and cities are growing... and how!
