The Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Don 2' has surpassed the coveted Rs. 100 crore mark in domestic box office collections after two successful weeks.
The movie's 12-day box office mobilisation totals Rs. 99.83 cores till end of business on Tuesday, according to leading Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh.
The Rs. 100 crore milestone was breached today with one more day to go in two weeks.
The sequel to 'Don' (a remake of the original movie by the same name starring Amitabh Bachchan) capitalised on the Christmas holidays.
In its first week, 'Don 2' collected Rs. 15.55 crores on Friday, Rs. 15.32 crores on Saturday, Rs. 18.22 crores on Sunday, Rs 8.85 crores on Monday, Rs 7.08 crores on Tuesday, Rs 5.49 crores on Wednesday and Rs 4.82 crores on Thursday.
'Don 2' total domestic ticket collection (including other languages) for the first week was Rs. 75.33 crores while for the overseas market it was at Rs 50.43 crores.
'Don 2' released in 2,850 domestic screens, of which 500 prints were in 3D, besides 650 screens in 41 other countries, reports said.
Made with a budget of about Rs. 75 crores, 'Don 2' has reportedly earned Rs. 37 crores by selling the satellite rights to Zee TV.

The outlook is a flat start. The market will look to scale to new peaks though not much effort is needed for the same. HUL saw a rally and short-covering may have pulled it up further. Speculation is on that its parent will raise stake through an open offer. After the cooling in oil prices, Cairn results will be in focus.
