M&M Financial Services leads gainers in 'A' group

Oriental Bank of Commerce, Corporation Bank, Federal Bank and Adani Power are among the other gainers.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services rose 5.66% to Rs 1,055.45. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. The stock hit a record high of Rs 1,117.10 in intraday today, 10 December 2012.

Oriental Bank of Commerce rose 5.33% to Rs 364.70. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 367.50 in intraday today, 10 December 2012. The Government of India (GoI) holds 58% stake in Oriental Bank of Commerce as per the shareholding pattern as on 30 September 2012.

Corporation Bank rose 5.12% to Rs 450.05. The stock was third biggest gainer in 'A' group. GoI holds 58.52% stake in Corporation Bank as per the shareholding pattern as on 30 September 2012.

Federal Bank rose 4.93% to Rs 505.80. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. The stock hit a record high of Rs 511.90 in intraday today, 10 December 2012.

Adani Power rose 4.83% to Rs 60.80. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
