This is the first time signatories to this initiative from across the world are meeting in India.RESPONSIBLE CARE ® has the support of Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. ICC will host the Responsible Care Leadership Group Annual Meeting 2012 of ICCA on 15 – 16 – 17 October 2012 at Goa. International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA) is the voice of chemical industry globally. ICCA promotes and coordinates Responsible Care globally.

The outlook is a flat start. The market will look to scale to new peaks though not much effort is needed for the same. HUL saw a rally and short-covering may have pulled it up further. Speculation is on that its parent will raise stake through an open offer. After the cooling in oil prices, Cairn results will be in focus.
