Goenka Diamond & Jewels will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 31 October 2014, to appoint Kundan Tanawade as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, to approve the notice for convening an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on 28 November 2014, and to fix up the cut-off date for the purpose of sending Notice of the Extraordinary general meeting and e-voting as 31 October 2014.
